Lauren Faust is an experienced professional in the field of behavior analysis, currently serving as the Clinical Manager of RBT Operations at Continuum Autism Spectrum Alliance since September 2020, where additional roles include Senior Consultant- BCBA and Interim Clinical Director. Prior to this position, Lauren held the role of Clinical Supervisor and Registered Behavior Technician at Avail Outreach from May 2017 to September 2020. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a focus on Demography and Family from the University of Maryland. Earlier career experience includes working as a Project Coordinator at Korn Ferry from July 2012 to September 2016.
