Tracy began their career in 1996 as a Patient Recruitment Coordinator at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center, where they managed recruitment efforts for clinical trials and created communications materials. Tracy then worked at Ogilvie Adams and Reinhart as a Public Relations Associate, coordinating national media campaigns. Tracy later became an Associate Director at Essential Group, leading project teams and managing sponsor relationships.
