Lynn brings more than 20 years of experience in business process consultation, project management and data analysis. For over a decade, she has been focused on the CRM space serving as the Vice President of Operations of SFA Strategies.
Lynn strives to ensure that all customers are successful in implementing, utilizing and realizing the ongoing benefits of their CRM investments. She believes in forming true long-lasting partnerships with clients and providing them with an environment that grows and changes to support their Senior Living community.
Lynn spends her time away from the business focused on her husband, their teenage sons and their retired parents. Experiencing the changes, and sometimes challenges, their senior parents face reminds her of the valuable services and support provided by Continuum CRM’s clients and how happy she is to be involved in Senior Living industry.
