Martin Ryder

Martin Ryder serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Global Shared Services at Continuum Global Solutions, where leadership focuses on innovative technology strategies and operational optimization. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Global Shared Services, managing cross-country operations, and Vice President of Business Intelligence & Operations Support, establishing a comprehensive BI architecture. Prior to Continuum, Martin worked at Conduent/Xerox Services as Associate Vice President of Data & Performance Management, overseeing enterprise-wide BI initiatives, and at Expert Global Solutions, where leadership roles included Director of Performance and Quality and General Manager/Director of Client Solutions/Operations. Martin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
