Richard Goodenough is an experienced finance and customer care professional with a strong background in managing large teams and financial operations. As the Director of Finance at Continuum Global Solutions since February 2019, Richard oversees the development and maintenance of financial forecasting documents for annual budgets and revenue analysis, managing $550 million in annual revenue. Previously, Richard served as the Director of Customer Care, directly overseeing a call center with approximately 800 employees and a $26 million revenue account. Richard's experience extends to Conduent, where similar roles were held, as well as multiple managerial positions in operations and technical support at Ellucian and Sutherland Global Services, demonstrating expertise in customer service and employee lifecycle management.
