Kristen McPherson

Kristen McPherson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kristen currently holds the position of Content Strategist at ContinuumCloud since April 2021. In this role, Kristen is responsible for developing and managing content strategies to drive demand generation and increase web traffic.

Prior to this, Kristen worked at DATIS, Part of the ContinuumCloud from July 2018 to the present. As a Content Marketing Specialist, they created solution-oriented content relevant to C-level executives in human services organizations. Kristen developed various types of content, including web pages, blogs, ebooks, and reports, to support marketing campaigns. Kristen also conducted research and developed thought leadership content on HR and workforce management topics.

Before joining DATIS, Kristen worked as an SEO Writer at Socius Marketing from August 2015 to July 2018. Kristen developed content strategies and SEO-optimized digital content for B2C and B2B clients across various industries. Their role involved creating optimized web content to improve online search results and generate leads.

From 2010 to 2015, Kristen worked at Educational Testing Service (ETS) in two roles. As an Assessment Assistant from June 2012 to June 2015, they developed English-language test questions and assembled standardized tests for an international audience. Kristen also served as an Assessment Consultant/Intern from July 2010 to June 2012, where they collaborated with colleagues to write fair and valid test items.

Kristen McPherson started their career as a Tutor/Master Tutor at The College of New Jersey from August 2009 to May 2012. In this role, they provided one-on-one tutoring to students, focusing on writing skills and course content in various subjects.

Throughout their career, Kristen has demonstrated expertise in content creation, SEO optimization, demand generation, and research. Kristen is experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
