Leonardo Soto

Leo Soto is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategic leader in the technology and fintech sectors, currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of Shinkansen since February 2022. In addition, Leo holds advisory and investment roles at multiple organizations, including Devengo, Conomy, Yourney.io, and Chile Ventures. As a Board Member at Continuum HQ since 2009, Leo has contributed to significant growth and operational improvements within the company, including leading a successful revenue increase of 146% and doubling headcount during tenure as CEO. Leo has also provided mentorship and support to various startups through advisory roles and engagements, particularly in the banking and payments sectors.
