Shalabh Yeole has a comprehensive work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. They started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant Grader at Northeastern University in 2019. Following that, they worked as a Manufacturing Co-op at CONTINUUS Pharmaceuticals, where they managed the operation and modification of the drum dryer unit and redesigned the exhaust filter lines of the vacuum line to improve efficiency. They also designed a hopper using SolidWorks. In 2020, Shalabh worked as a Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University and later as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Currently, Shalabh is employed as a Mechanical Engineer at CONTINUUS Pharmaceuticals, where they are responsible for planning, conceptualizing, and creating mechanical designs for state-of-the-art machineries. They also design and develop prototypes for testing and reconstruction of existing 3D and 2D drawings.
Shalabh Yeole holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern Universit. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2018. Moreover, during their undergraduate studies, Shalabh also attended Fergusson College from 2016 to 2018. Shalabh has obtained additional certifications as a Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) and a Certified SolidWorks Associate from Dassault Systèmes in December 2020 and October 2020, respectively.

CONTINUUS’ mission is to produce high-quality drugs that can be delivered to patients more effectively and at a lower cost. CONTINUUS is leveraging a novel continuous manufacturing platform called Integrated Continuous Manufacturing (ICM), initially developed through an $85 M joint research project between Novartis and MIT. With ICM, they will improve affordability and accessibility of pharmaceuticals on a global scale.
