Youhua Li has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They began their career as a research associate at Tufts University in 2006 and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, Li held the position of Organic Chemist at Nanocs Inc. They then joined Alnylam Pharmaceuticals as a Scientist, where they developed HPLC and mass spectrometer based assays and qualified and transferred methods for GalNAc related materials. In 2019, Li joined Pfizer as a Technical Writer III but left in 2020 to join CONTINUUS Pharmaceuticals. At CONTINUUS Pharmaceuticals, they initially worked as a Scientist and later progressed to the role of Senior Scientist. They currently hold the position of Head of Analytical Development, Associate Director.
Youhua Li earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organic Chemistry from the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry (SIOC) between 1998 and 2003.

CONTINUUS’ mission is to produce high-quality drugs that can be delivered to patients more effectively and at a lower cost. CONTINUUS is leveraging a novel continuous manufacturing platform called Integrated Continuous Manufacturing (ICM), initially developed through an $85 M joint research project between Novartis and MIT. With ICM, they will improve affordability and accessibility of pharmaceuticals on a global scale.
