Rob Lutzow has extensive experience in fire service, having served with the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District since May 2002. Lutzow's roles have included Battalion Chief and various positions as Captain/Paramedic, Engineer/Paramedic, and Firefighter/Paramedic. Prior to this, Lutzow worked as a Firefighter/Paramedic at Galt Fire District from March 1998 to May 2002. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Butte College and additional training from the California Highway Patrol and the Contra Costa Local Government Leadership Academy.
