Azine Davoudzadeh serves as the Coordinator of College and Career Readiness at the Contra Costa County Office of Education since July 2023 and has been the Founder & CEO of XR EDU since June 2017, focusing on integrating immersive technology in education. Prior to these roles, Azine was the Vice Principal at California High School within the San Ramon Valley Unified School District from November 2014 to July 2023, and also designed and taught a course on XR for Social Good. Additional experience includes roles as an educator, curriculum designer, and filmmaker across various organizations, emphasizing the development of technology-enhanced learning experiences and community engagement. Azine holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema from San Francisco State University.

Contra Costa County Office of Education (CCCOE) is the 9th largest public school student population in California. CCCOE has a long history of providing direct services to some of the county’s most vulnerable students, including adults and young people who are incarcerated, homeless, or in foster care, as well as students who have severe physical or emotional challenges.
