Cynthia Mallory

Cynthia Mallory, CGHR-CP, currently serves as a Personnel Technician for Contra Costa County since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing a team of clerks and overseeing various aspects of recruitment, labor relations, classification, and compensation. With extensive experience in human resources, Cynthia previously held multiple roles at Mt. Diablo Unified School District from February 2017 to September 2022, including Human Resources Technician and Interim Human Resources Specialist, where duties involved unemployment claims, recruitment, and handling EEOC complaints. Additionally, Cynthia is also a Group Fitness Instructor at In-Shape Health Clubs since April 2018. Cynthia's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management, an Associate's degree in Education, and ongoing studies at Southern New Hampshire University, with further previous education at several institutions.
