Ken Frey

Ken Frey is an experienced Network Technician with a strong background in IT support and upgrades. Currently employed by Contra Costa County as a Network Technician 1 since September 2022, Ken supports the CCC Public Defenders Office and other departments. Prior to this, Ken worked at Robert Half from December 2019 to August 2022, focusing on hardware rollouts and Windows 10 upgrades, while also providing help desk support. Ken's earlier experience includes a role as a Technical Support Analyst at PepsiCo, supporting multiple locations and over 350 end-users, and an IS Associate Engineer position at Clorox. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State University, Northridge.
