Nicole Bilich

Nicole Bilich is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Division Leader for Contra Costa County, Nicole's expertise spans various sectors, including positions as Principal Consultant and Owner at Bilich Consulting Group, HR Site Leader at Amazon, and Director of Human Resources at the University of California, Davis. Nicole has significant experience in HR management, organizational development, labor relations, and strategic workforce planning, supplemented by a strong educational foundation with a BA and MBA from Dominican University of California.
