Rene Tucker

René Tucker is an experienced professional in Workforce Development and Human Resources, currently serving as a Social Service Employment Placement Counselor and Employer Liaison at Contra Costa County since August 2006. With a comprehensive background in career counseling for displaced workers and expertise in programs such as the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA), René also produces and implements various workshops, including resume writing and job search strategies. Additionally, René has contributed to the Contra Costa County East Bay Works Career Center as a Global Career Development - Graduate since June 2007, participating in a nationally recognized professional development program. Previously, René held managerial positions at Opportunity Junction and Daniels Janitorial Service, overseeing operational and professional development aspects.
