Rowena Alfonzo

Rowena Alfonzo is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Technician at Contra Costa County since June 2013, Rowena's responsibilities include managing HRIS system implementations and employee rewards programs.
