Carla Palmer

Carla Palmer, PMP has a strong background in project management and financial control. Carla started their career at Pinkerton Systems Integration, where they served as the Western Region Controller/Director of Finance. Carla then moved to USS-POSCO Industries, where they held various roles including Manager of Financial Control for New Business Development and Project Manager. Most recently, they worked at Contra Costa Electric as the Manager of Project Controls and Scheduling before being promoted to VP of the Commercial Division, where they oversaw all aspects of construction and project efficiencies.

Carla Palmer, PMP holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hawaii Maui College, earned from 1984 to 1988. Carla then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business and Finance, both from John F. Kennedy University, completed in 1996 and 1998 respectively. In August 2006, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
