Gustavo Toscano

Gustavo Toscano is an experienced Assistant Engineer currently employed at Contra Costa Water District since July 2023. Previously, Toscano held similar roles as Assistant Engineer II at Valley Water from February 2021 to July 2023, and as Assistant Engineer at the County of Marin from September 2018 to February 2021. Earlier engineering experience includes positions at RSA+ as Assistant Engineer from May 2016 to September 2018, and at WMH Corporation as an Engineer Intern from January 2016 to May 2016. Toscano began the engineering career as an Intern Project Engineer with Goodfellow Top Grade Construction in two different tenures, from May 2014 to January 2015 and again from May 2013 to August 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University, earned between 2011 and 2016, and studies at Napa Valley College from 2007 to 2011.
