Lars Sandberg

Lars Sandberg has over 40 years of experience in project controls and cost engineering, currently serving as Project Controls Manager at Contra Costa Water District since July 1987. Prior to this role, Lars worked as a Senior Cost Engineer at Bechtel Corporation from June 1980 to July 1987. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from UCLA, completed in 1980, and prior studies at the College of San Mateo from 1974 to 1976, along with a high school diploma from San Carlos High School, obtained in 1974.
