Naman Gupta is an experienced leader in monetization and product growth, currently serving as the Head of Monetization & Self Serve Revenue at Canva since May 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing a cross-functional team to enhance self-serve subscription offerings and drive global revenue growth for Canva Pro. Prior roles include being an Advisor for Growth at Contra and an Angel Fellow at On Deck, alongside a tenure as Consumer Growth Lead at Paytm, where significant contributions were made to the development of recharge and bill payment services. Naman's career began with a focus on strategy and operations at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets and has included pivotal roles at Paytm Payments Bank, where efforts were concentrated on transitioning mobile wallet users to banking services. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
