Vinayak Pagadala Mrics

Vinayak Pagadala MRICS is a seasoned Commercial and Contracts Manager with extensive experience in the construction and oil & gas sectors, currently serving at ESB since November 2022. From February 2016 to the present, Vinayak has held a similar role at Contraco W.L.L., managing significant projects including the design and construction of the NGL3/4 Central Control Building in Mesaieed, Qatar, and a state-of-the-art military airbase project encompassing various facilities. Prior experience includes serving as Proposal Leader for major projects such as the FIFA Complaint Stadium and Qatar Rail, and working as Assistant Manager - Quantity Surveyor/ Estimation at Larsen & Toubro Ltd in Abu Dhabi, focusing on hospitals, airports, and commercial buildings. Vinayak's career began at Gammon India Ltd as Assistant Manager for a major bridge project, following a solid educational foundation in Civil Engineering from Osmania University and advanced construction management at the National Institute of Construction Management & Research.
