Bei W. has extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. They also served as the Head of Corporate Development/M&A at MultiPlan (Discovery Health Partners), where they established the Corporate Development function, developed an inorganic growth strategy, and executed strategic acquisitions. Bei has also worked at Ingram Micro, managing M&A and investments, and at KPMG, where they were a Private Equity/Venture Capital Investment Manager. Their earlier experience includes working as a Private Equity Associate at Lamb Capital Advisors. The focus of Bei's work has been in the technology, healthcare, education, and financial sectors, and they have successfully driven financial and strategic value for their companies.

Bei W. has studied Business and Music at Washington University in St. Louis. They then went on to pursue a degree in Finance and International Business at the Olin Business School, also at Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to their formal education, Bei W. has obtained a certification as a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute.
