Charmaine Holdren

Charmaine Holdren currently serves as a Corporate Program Manager at Contract Land Staff since October 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Title Agent at Paragon Partners from September 2009 to October 2022 and as a Petroleum Landman at Tracker Services LLC from June 2016 to March 2018. Charmaine has also held the position of Equipment Manager/Logistics/DOT Compliance at Boots Smith Oilfield Services from October 2014 to June 2016, and worked as a Right-of-Way Title Agent/Supervisor at Summit Land Resources, AR/WS, Paragon Partners, WRC Englobal, and Jim Burgin & Assoc. from May 2006 to October 2009. Charmaine holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Dodge City Community College and attended the University of Tennessee at Martin from 1999 to 2001.
