Joseph Gray

Joseph Gray has extensive experience in real estate services and right of way management, having worked in leadership roles for over three decades in various organizations such as HDR, Sound Transit, and Oregon Department of Transportation. Currently serving as Vice President at Contract Land Staff, Joseph focuses on public infrastructure projects in the Western US region. Joseph holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Oregon State.
