Sergio Franco

Sergio Franco is an experienced project manager and architect with a career spanning over 18 years in design and project development. Currently serving as Gerente de Desarrollo de Proyectos at Contract Workplaces since July 2018, Sergio previously held various roles including Project Manager at Gensler, where responsibilities included managing and coordinating projects in Colombia and Costa Rica. Notable experience also includes serving as Director de Proyectos Especiales at Contexto Urbano, overseeing the design process for over 14 construction projects while leading a team of architects. Early in the career, Sergio worked at ARIAS SERNA Y SARAVIA, where responsibilities focused on electrical and hydraulic design systems for the Trump Ocean Club in Panama. Sergio holds a degree in Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, awarded in 2002.
