Katherine van Zalen

Katherine Van Zalen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Katherine is currently working at ContractPodAi as the Vice President of Product. Prior to this, they worked at Zovio as a Product Manager II, where they were responsible for transitioning the company to Salesforce and developing a product called Signalz. Katherine also helped the team adopt agile methodology and Jira standardization. Before Zovio, Katherine worked as a Product Manager at Tesla, where they managed the company's internal project and customer management tool for the energy business. Katherine also worked at SolarCity as an Operations Analyst, where they handled metric and adhoc reporting and developed reports in the internal web-based reporting platform. Additionally, they had a role as a Sr. Business Processing Supervisor at SolarCity, where they built out a contract quality team and software integration process development team. Katherine's earlier work experience includes being a Student Assistant at Olli@Berkeley-University of California Berkeley and a Teacher at Gateway Community CRC and Gateway Educare. In their teaching role, they were responsible for managing classrooms, accommodating different skill levels, and ensuring academic goals were met.
