Tanya Mishra

Tanya Mishra has a diverse work experience in the customer success field. Tanya is currently serving as the APAC Lead, Customer Success at ContractPodAi since February 2024. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager, APAC at the same company from August 2022 to February 2024. Before joining ContractPodAi, Tanya was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Webscale Networks from December 2021 to July 2022, and a Customer Success Manager from June 2019 to December 2021. Tanya also worked as a Customer Success Analyst at OnlineSales.ai from July 2018 to June 2019. Tanya's earliest work experience was as an Associate at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2016 to January 2018, where they focused on project management and customer success. Tanya began their career as a Practitioner at IBM Daksh, handling customer service and resolving concerns for Virgin Media from October 2015 to October 2016.

Tanya Mishra completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from NMIMS Global between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bundelkhand University from 2012 to 2015. Tanya also received secondary higher education in Business/Commerce, General from modern public school in 2011 and 2012.
