Chris Filion

Chris Filion is an experienced executive in the transportation and logistics industry, currently serving as General Manager at Contrans Tank Group GP Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Director of Operations for Eastern Ontario and Quebec at Contrans Flatbed Group GP Inc. from February 2020 to May 2022, having been retained after the acquisition of Villeneuve Tank Lines in 2017. Chris's career began at Villeneuve Tank Lines, where responsibilities as Controller included overseeing accounting and IT operations across multiple subsidiaries. Additionally, Chris served as Controller for the Villeneuve Group of Companies, which comprised various businesses in sectors such as transportation and warehousing. Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Canada West, completed in 2019.
