Michelle Idalgo de Freitas

Michelle Idalgo de Freitas currently serves as the Head of HR at Control iD, where strategic leadership focuses on aligning Human Resources initiatives with organizational objectives. Previous experience includes a Senior DHO Manager role at Cacau Show, overseeing various HR functions and reporting to the HR Board. At Cobasi, Michelle managed the HR team and supported store supervisors and managers across national branches. Early career positions at Lojas Marabraz and Grupo SLC involved recruitment and selection for various levels of roles. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from EATT, a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and has completed a continuing education course in People Analytics from FGV.
