Megan Karigambe McIpd

Megan Karigambe MCIPD, IHRP-SP currently serves as the Partner and HR Director for APAC at Control Risks, where responsibilities include leading an international HR team and reporting directly to the CEO since October 2019. Prior to this role, Megan held various HR management positions at Vantage Point Security Pte. Ltd., where the establishment of a dedicated HR function was crucial during the company's growth phase, and at Lorna Whiston Schools Pte. Ltd., where support was provided to transition the business towards a more commercial focus. Previous experiences include multiple HR roles at Sky, Lipsy London Limited, and Arcadia Group. Megan holds a BSc in Retail Management from the University of Surrey and has completed A Levels at Hethersett Old Hall School.
