Harpa Sjöfn Lárusdóttir

Harpa Sjöfn Lárusdóttir has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and management. Harpa Sjöfn joined Controlant in 2022 and has held various roles, including Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Director of HR Operations. Prior to Controlant, Harpa worked at 66°North starting in 2005, where they held roles such as Store Manager, Finance, Office & HR Representative, and Human Resources Project Manager. Their expertise in HR operations and project management has been developed through their diverse work experience in both companies.

Harpa Sjöfn Lárusdóttir is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Project Management at Bifröst University, with an expected completion year of 2022.
