1st Level Support Lead

Magda Kukul is an experienced professional in the field of customer support and international relations. Currently serving as the 1st Level Support Lead at Controlant since July 2022, Magda previously held positions including Application Owner at Schaeffler from December 2020 to June 2022, and Customer Support Service Desk Team Leader at Hemmersbach from August 2018 to December 2020, where responsibilities included team management, training organization, quality monitoring, and customer satisfaction enhancement. Magda began a career in support as a Junior Service Desk Agent at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, also working as an International Relations Officer managing issues related to Erasmus incoming students.
