Stefán Freyr Stefánsson

Stefán Freyr Stefánsson is an experienced technical leader and software developer with a strong background in IoT and software engineering. Currently serving as Technical Lead for IoT ingress and Senior Software Developer at Controlant since October 2021, Stefánsson has also held multiple roles at Reykjavik University, including Project Instructor and Systems Specialist. Prior experience includes a Technical Team Lead role at WuXi NextCODE and Software Engineer positions at Genuity Science and NextCODE Health. Stefánsson's extensive experience encompasses developing research-oriented client applications, web-based platforms, and data analysis tools, complemented by a solid educational foundation with both M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Computer Science from Reykjavik University.
