Guillaume Bailliard

Mr. Bailliard has extensive experience developing go-to-market strategies for disruptive technologies, building high performing teams, overcoming barriers to adoption and growing businesses in the medical device market.

Mr. Bailliard has held a variety of key leadership roles in both public and private multi-national innovative companies. A Mechanical Engineer by training, he started his career designing medical devices at Genzyme Surgical and then transitioned to GE Healthcare in a Leadership Training program. While at GE, he held various sales and management positions ultimately becoming responsible for Americas X-ray Sales operations where he restored double-digit growth. Mr. Bailliard then joined a privately-held company launching an innovative imaging product in the breast cancer market, Naviscan Inc., serving as Executive Vice President Global Sales and Marketing. Mr. Bailliard then was appointed President of Mauna Kea Technologies Inc. where he was responsible for developing and growing a business introducing a disruptive imaging technology in gastroenterology, pulmonology and surgery.
