Omar A. Talib has a diverse work experience, beginning with a summer internship at Noblis in 2008. In 2011, they worked as a Sales & Trading Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where they were involved in Commodities Trading for J. Aron & Co. From 2012 to 2020, they were a Managing Partner at Crescent Groupe S.à r.l., where they were involved in EMEA Telecommunications, Media, & Technology, and had a strategic partnership with GetWellNetwork for MENA Market Penetration. In 2020, they were a Board Member at Electrodollar Energy Co., where they were involved in Proof-of-Work mining, and also a Managing Director at Splice Machine. Currently, they are the President at ControlRooms.ai, where they are involved in monitoring and observability for chemical and energy producers.
