Michael Merman

Michael Merman has a diverse work experience, ranging from roles in accounting and finance to advisory positions. Michael is currently the Chief Financial Officer at ControlTouch Systems. Prior to this, they founded and managed M&M CFO Services, LLC. Michael also served as an Advisory Board Member and Chief Financial Officer at Premier Packaging, LLC. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Accounting at Trilogy Health Services, LLC and a Plant Controller (Division Controller) at ASG Worldwide. Michael also held various roles at Ventas, Inc., including Manager of Accounting Operations & Development and Senior Accountant. Michael started their career as a Senior Accountant at KPMG and held positions as an Accounting Intern at Semicon and Associates and as a Fixed Asset Accountant for Multiple Divisions at IBM.

Michael Merman holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Bellarmine University, which they obtained in the years 2013-2014. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky during the period of 2003-2004. Michael'sundergraduate education was completed at the University of Kentucky, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting, spanning from 1998 to 2003. In addition to their academic achievements, Michael Merman is a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy in 2006.
