Herman M.

Herman M. has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry. 🎗Herman started their career at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries in 2006, working their way up to becoming an International Program Manager focused on delivering Aero Structures. In this role, they managed a program with a 50M$ budget and led a team of professionals to achieve client's requirements. Herman also held various roles in R&D Mechanical Design Engineering and Composite Structural Engineering at IAI. In 2018, they joined CONTROP Precision Technologies Ltd. as a Sr. R&D Opto Mechanical Design Engineer, specializing in Optomechanical systems and subsystems. 🎗Herman later became the Mechanical Engineering Team Lead at CONTROP, showcasing their leadership and technical skills.

Herman M. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2008. Later, they received a Master's Degree in Industrial Management from Bar-Ilan University in 2014.
