Naaman Shmueli

Naaman Shmueli serves as the VP, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at CONTROP Precision Technologies Ltd. since March 2017, leading all legal aspects of the company and its subsidiaries, managing a legal team, overseeing M&As, and ensuring compliance with laws. Shmueli has extensive experience in complex contractual negotiations, legal support for marketing activities, and corporate secretarial management, with a history of awards, including the “Outstanding Employee Award” in 2018. Previous roles include Corporate Legal Counsel at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries and associate positions at Ronen Barak & Co. Law Office and S. Biran & Co. Shmueli holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy Studies and a Bachelor of Laws from Tel Aviv University, as well as ongoing education in International Mergers & Acquisitions from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances.
