Anja Christina Kostechy-Skaaning

Anja Christina Kostechy-Skaaning has over 20 years of experience in the fields of supply chain, IT, operations, facility management, and sales. Anja Christina began their career in 1999 as an Area Manager for Bossard, where they were responsible for the sale of fasteners to Danish OEM customers in the mechanical engineering industry. Anja Christina was also Head of internal and external sales staff in a matrix organization and worked as sales and project manager for the matrix organization, including inventory and procurement. In 2001, they moved to Tyco Valves & Controls as a Purchaser and Logistic Coordinator. In 2003, they joined Sauer-Danfoss as the Head of the European Distribution and Configuration Center (DCC), where they were responsible for internal sales, procurement, and inventory. In 2011, they began working at DAO Aviation A/S as a Member of the Board and President & CEO. As CEO, they had the overall responsibility for the business units: Airframe, Avionic, Engine and Components as well as QA, inventory, finance, logistics and procurement. Anja Christina established various operational processes and process improvement as well as strategic development and execution of the processes. In 2019, they became the Operations & Facility Manager for Samplix ApS. Currently, they are the Supply Chain & IT Manager for Contura International Ltd.

Anja Christina Kostechy-Skaaning received their MBA from Henley Business School in 2010 and their Bachelor's degree in Export Engineering from the Engineering College of Copenhagen in 1996.
