Matt Radziwon

Matt Radziwon serves as the Sr IT Manager Supply Chain at Ferrara since August 2023. Prior to this role, Matt was the Manager of Supply Chain Analytics at Cresco Labs, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain systems and KPI tracking. Previous experience at CJ Logistics America included positions as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in Business Process Integration, focusing on technology-driven projects and operations optimization. Matt's career began at G3 Enterprises, progressing from Warehouse Manager to several leadership roles, before gaining early experience in operations and logistics at XPO Logistics and Estes Express Lines. Matt holds a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management from Elmhurst University and multiple degrees and certifications in education and history.
