BYRON EVANS

Byron Evans has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Information Technology Operations Manager at Convalt Energy. Prior to this, they served in the United States Army, where they held various leadership positions. As the Senior Operations Manager, they were responsible for the operations, training, combat readiness, and tactical organization of a 700-person Engineer Battalion. BYRON developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to enhance collaboration and project management. Before that, they worked as an Executive Consultant, utilizing agile methodology to coach and mentor Company Executives, enabling growth for the customer. BYRON also served as a Project/Operations Manager, overseeing operational processes, project management, and administrative actions for 200+ soldiers and their families.
