Alice Bertin

Alice Bertin has had a diverse range of work experiences. Alice started their career at Danone in 1996 and held various roles, including PA to the MD and Crisis Manager. Alice eventually became the UK Head of Sourcing and Selection, leading the talent acquisition team and developing branding and selection strategies. After leaving Danone, Alice took a one-year career break before joining Natoora as a Talent and Engagement Manager. Alice then moved on to become the Head of Talent Solutions at Pod Talent, where they were responsible for the company's talent strategy and client support. Currently, Alice is working at ConvaTec as the Talent Acquisition Lead for EMEA.

Alice Bertin has a BA dual hons degree in English and French from The University of Sheffield. Alice also holds a post-graduate diploma in CIPD from the University of West London. Additionally, they are SHL Level A accredited.
