Amelia Campion

Amelia Campion is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in candidate experience and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Candidate Experience Manager at ConvaTec since September 2019. Prior to this role, Amelia held key positions at Amberjack Global, including Resourcing Services Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing global early talent recruitment campaigns and executing recruitment strategy in collaboration with major clients. Amelia’s earlier experience includes roles at GradWeb as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator and Haybrook IT Resourcing Limited as an IT Recruitment Consultant. Amelia holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Warwick, complemented by a solid educational foundation from Shrewsbury High School and Norwich High School for Girls.
