Becki Byrne

Becki Byrne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the PMO Process & Analytics Manager at Convatec since November 2023, Byrne previously held the position of Multichannel Capability Manager at Virgin Media O2 from July 2020 to July 2023. Earlier in the career, Byrne dedicated nearly 15 years at Telefónica UK, starting as a Store Leader and progressing to the role of Continuous Improvement Manager. In this capacity, Byrne focused on developing new propositions and product launches to optimize retail processes while enhancing customer experience and minimizing risk, utilizing hands-on expertise and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve in-life processes and reduce complexity.
