Charlene Dawidczyk

Charlene Dawidczyk, PhD has extensive work experience in corporate strategy and business development. Charlene most recently served as the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Development at Convatec starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at Bioventus and BD. At Bioventus, they were the Senior Director of Strategy & Business Development from April to June 2023 and the Director of Strategy & Business Development from May 2021 to April 2023. At BD, they held multiple roles including Associate Director of Corporate Development from February to April 2021, Senior Manager of Corporate Development from October 2020 to February 2021, and Associate of Corporate Development from August 2018 to October 2020. Charlene also served as a Senior Analyst in Business Development for Diabetes Care and a Senior Engineer in Preanalytical Systems at BD.

Charlene Dawidczyk, PhD, earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 2007. Charlene then pursued their Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, completing it in 2009. Following that, they obtained their PhD in Materials Science from The Johns Hopkins University in 2015.
