Charlotte Ehnhuus Broedbaek

Charlotte Ehnhuus Broedbaek has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance, currently serving as Associate Director in the PMO Capability Centre and PMO Infusion Care at Convatec since June 2021. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Director of Global Project Management and Demand Planning at CooperSurgical and Senior Director of Global Program Management at Jabra, where responsibilities included overseeing new product development and global product portfolio planning. Additional roles at Jabra include R&D Management Officer, Director of Packaging and Graphics, and Product Assurance Manager. Prior to Jabra, Charlotte held positions focusing on process and quality management across various companies, including ComX Networks and Flextronics. Charlotte's educational background includes degrees from Copenhagen Business School and various leadership programs.
