Charlotte Nørregaard

Charlotte Nørregaard has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 1996, they started their career as a Development Engineer at Maersk Medical, where they worked until 1998. Charlotte then joined PwC Consulting Services as a Management Consultant from 1999 to 2004. In 2004, Charlotte moved to IBM - Business Consulting Services, where they worked as a Senior Management Consultant until 2007. During their time at IBM, they also served as a Senior Consultant in 2006 and 2007. In 2007, Charlotte joined ConvaTec as a Project Manager and worked there until 2009. Charlotte then became a Strategy Implementation Manager at ConvaTec and later transitioned into the role of Industrial Sales Process Team Lead in 2014.

Charlotte Nørregaard holds a B.SC. degree in Business Administration and Production Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, which they completed from 1990 to 1996. In 1995, they studied Manufacturing Engineering at Brunel University London. From 1999 to 2004, they attended Copenhagen Business School, where they obtained a hd-o degree. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, Charlotte pursued an MPO degree in Organizational Psychology at Roskilde University.
