Devyani Bedekar

Devyani Bedekar has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Devyani is currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Product Management at Convatec. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Global Product Management at the same company. Before joining Convatec, Devyani worked at Baxter International Inc. as the Global Marketing Director and later as the Group Marketing Manager (Associate Director). Devyani also had a stint at IBM as the Senior Leader of Portfolio Marketing, where they played a significant role in leveraging AI-powered technology in healthcare. Additionally, Devyani served as the Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing at Quidel Corporation and as the Global Product Marketing Leader at GE Healthcare. Their early career involved working as a Clinical and R&D Engineer at The Cleveland Clinic, Medical College of Wisconsin, and Froedtert Hospital.

Devyani Bedekar holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, and Marketing Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Devyani also completed Leadership Development Courses at GE's Crotonville Leadership, Baxter's Growing Emerging Leader, and Convatec's Executive Leadership Development programs. Devyani has a MS in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a BE in Instrumentation and Control from Govt. College of Engineering Pune.
