George Mountrichas

George Mountrichas is an experienced executive in the healthcare and consumer goods sectors, currently serving as Vice President Europe for Continence Care at ConvaTec since January 2022 and as Co-Founder of BOUTiE since June 2021. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Abbott from March 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple markets in the nutrition division across Malaysia, the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Prior to Abbott, George held key marketing positions at Johnson & Johnson from May 2002 to March 2015, overseeing extensive brand portfolios across Southeast Europe while managing diverse teams. Earlier in the career, George worked as a Global Market Analyst for General Motors Corporation. George holds an MBA in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and a BSc in Business Management from The American College of Greece.
