Mary Beth Drake

Mary Beth Drake is currently serving as the VP Global Head of People Solutions at Convatec since May 2023. Previously, Drake was a member of Chief from April 2020 to June 2024 and held various leadership roles at Syneos Health, including Vice President of Global HR Operations, PMO & Analytics from August 2017 to April 2023. Additional experience includes Vice President of HR Operations at inVentiv Health from October 2013 to August 2017, and over two decades at S&P Global in multiple senior roles, including Vice President of Global Employee and Payroll Services. Early career experience includes various finance and accounting positions at McGraw Hill from May 1987 to May 1992. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Rider University and an MBA in Healthcare Management & Economics from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
